New system to help UK Government reduce greenhouse gases

Business and IT consultancy Real Time Engineering (RTEL) has been appointed by gas and electricity regulator Ofgem to develop a management system to meet its new statutory duties regarding renewable electricity, a result of the Government's Climate Change Levy which was introduced on 1 April.
